By using Pracownik360.pl you acknowledge that you are entering into a B2B SaaS agreement and accept the rules below.
1. Scope of the SaaS Service
Pracownik360.pl provides a subscription-based platform for recurring 1:1 conversations, capturing commitments and follow-ups, and working with signals over time. We supply infrastructure hosted in the EU and the features included in your current plan.
2. Accounts and Access
The customer appoints administrators who manage end users. Credentials must not be shared; all activity performed after authentication is deemed to be authorised by the customer.
3. Data Ownership and Confidentiality
All information entered into the platform remains the property of the customer. Pracownik360.pl acts as a data processor and uses the data solely to deliver, maintain, and improve the service. Because conversation records may be sensitive, the customer is responsible for granting access in line with internal confidentiality rules.
4. Payments, SLA, and Support
Subscription fees follow the selected plan. We pursue commercially reasonable uptime with short maintenance windows when needed. Support channels are listed inside the customer portal.
5. Liability and Governing Law
We are liable only for direct damages caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Polish law governs these terms and disputes are settled by courts competent for Pracownik360.pl’s registered office.
