Our Story
Pracownik360.pl started from a simple observation: most companies have no system of record for conversations. 1:1s depend on personality, problems surface too late, and decisions die after the meeting.
So we’re building a Conversation OS: recurring 1:1s, guided prompts, commitments and follow-ups, plus signals over time. We don’t score people — we provide structure for conversations and decisions.
We work with rollout partners (including Lupa HR) to help teams introduce a consistent conversation standard and make it stick.
